Well I meant to post this like a week ago or so. Seems Target has a new trend now that I notice which is basically offering alternative to candy for those holidays that are heavy in it. Seems our Seaplane was the choice for St. Valentine's Day. Of course now it is Tuesday, the heart displays are coming down so these might be going away or at least maybe clearance?

The Instructions

Can you build a frame, or frames, right away? 
Short version, the parts are not there. No for a -5.

Can you build terrain right away?
Repeat offender for another No for another -5

Can you build a ship right away? (What is this about? Alpha Bandit is what it is about.)
Well, I did...it is down below. So yes, +5

Side Note: She is a sleek little beauty I think but simple. She certainly open to some moding to get some weapons on it though.

Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio?  (Golden Ratio = 10 pennies per part)

$3.99/37 = 11 pennies per part so slightly above for a -10.

If you can't build a frame right away, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?This is a simple yes but very few. +5

If you can't build a terrain right away, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?This yes, but more for certain kinds of structures then so more natural looking terrain. +5

If you can't build a ship right away, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?Well given I built a ship I am going to have to say yes, hands are tied sir! +5

These stood out to me, I figure these would be popular 'wings'..

Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?For all three of our options these is a no! -5

Alpha Bandit, what happen there? Wow that is an upset! Though honestly the ship built is the only one I could see in the set but I am sure some others could prove me wrong and I look forward to it.
