Here we have the City Polybag Police Helicopter set. I picked this up at Target, seems to be the new polybag around the checkout line.

Instructions

Can you build some sort of creation right away?

I couldn't get a frame or a spaceship out of this set but got a neat little station I think. +5

The Station - Wind Generator?

Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio? (10 pennies per part)

We have $3.99 divided by 48 pieces giving us 8 pennies per part. This is the reason why I got the bag. +5

Parts 1 - Lot of White

If you can't build something right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?

It certainly does have useful parts I have seen in a few different builds. +5

Parts 2 - The Clear Piece is interesting...

Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts? 

This is where this set falls sort I think, too many plates but one of them is a 4x4 so that is a plus. -5

Parst 3 - The 1x2 Blues are see through.

Results: We have a total of 15 points giving it an A rating but I would say barely over all.

Of course if you have been following me for awhile now you know I like to put the sets together and here it is:

Not very useful for Mobile Frame Zero as is but it is a nice little build for the price and I like it but it will still be stripped down back into parts.
