So I picked this up at the local Target in the store front cheap stuff section (If you go to Target regularly, you know what I am talking about.). There was four different sets in the bin and this is one of them. The rest will be coming shortly in future reviews.

The instructions for this set are huge!

Can you build some sort of creation right away?

So I tried fiddling around with this set for a bit and outside of the battleship I couldn't figure out anything. Despite this though I realized something for Intercept Orbit. If you are a big fan of animes like Space Battleship Yamato then this might be a good set for a frigate for you! So -5 for this set, unless you think you can use the battleship then it is 0 points. Side note, it is too small for 7p battleship!

Parts 1

Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio? (10 cents per part)

Well I got this for $3 with 37 pieces giving us 8 cents per part. That is certainly below the golden ration for +5 points.

If you can't build a frame or spaceship right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away? 

It most certainly does, specially the gun setups for the battleship could easily be transferred to any Intercept Orbit spaceship I think. +5 points

Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?

I am gong to go with a yes on this one as there are certainly more usable parts then plates just not enough to make something besides this boat. +5 points.

Total: So we have two possible scores for this set, a 10 which gives an A- or 15 if you want to use the set as is giving it a A.

It it a cute little set, the design of the battleship is a bit odd in the construction sense and the instructions suggest a different color for some of the pieces. Again, great pieces for Intercept Zero Spaceship guns!
