Here we have the third of the Mega Bloks Idea Builders that I found at Target's 'The Spot' section. This is going to be short and sweet so let's rip of this band-aid!

Can you build some sort of creation right away?

Well, I got nothing on this set. -5 points

$3.00/36 parts equals $0.08 per part! That is certainly below for +5.

If you can't build a creation right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away? 

Well, it certainly  has some useful parts. +5

Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?

I said some, not a lot of useful parts. This is a no so -5 points.

Total: Big Goosegg (0) on this set giving us a letter grade of B and most due to the fact it is under the golden ratio. Unless there is something in this bag you want that one of the other three don't have, just leave this bag alone. Though I wouldn't mind seeing someone try this piping/engine style on a frame.
