This was at Target released with the Volcano Jackhammer. I am sure the MoF0 veterans can already tell this is probably not going to be a good rating. Well let's find out!

Can you build some sort of creation right away? 

Not a good start, sadly I did not get any builds from this at all. - 5 points.

Parts 1

Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio? The Golden Ratio is $0.10 per part.

$3.99 / 28 = $0.14 per piece! We might have had a Friends set go under the Ratio but this one follows the usual trend of being above! -10 points. :(

Parts 2

If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away? 

There are a few good frame parts, the spiral cones are always good missile/rocket tips. I always like printed pieces. Maybe it time for a Jam Gun... +5 points.

The Set

Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?

This sadly is a no for -5 points!

Total: The grade is a C, avoid this set unless you really want/need the parts inside!
